Chef Darren MacLean’s acclaimed restaurant has been selected for the prestigious global guide following its No. 2 ranking on North America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026.

Eight, the exclusive fine-dining experience from celebrated Canadian chef Darren MacLean, has been selected for inclusion in 50 Best Discovery, the globally recognized guide from the team behind The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
